There is a stark reality gap between how competent public relations and communications practitioners believe they are at using technology and how they are really using it. This is one of the findings of new research by Purposeful Relations and PRovoke Media that has just been published in the Global CommTech Report.
The global research reveals more than half (56%) of public relations and communications practitioners globally say they are extremely competent or competent in their use of communication technology. Almost half (41%) use spreadsheets for business-critical processes such as project management and 39% use spreadsheets for managing contacts.
PRovoke Media has published an in-depth summary of the findings and the full report can be downloaded on the Global CommTech Report page.
