The Global CommTech Report 2023 is an in-depth examination of how public relations and communications practitioners around the world think about and use communication technology.
The results are based on research from an online survey conducted between December 2022 and March 2023.
In total 329 public relations and communications professionals were surveyed from Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, North America and Latin America.
The Global CommTech Report 2023 is published by Purposeful Relations, the global advisory and consultancy firm dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of communication teams and PR agencies.
The research and report were conducted in partnership with PRovoke Media.
The professional industry partners were ICCO (International Communication Consultants Organisation), CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations), AMEC (International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communications), and WCFA (World Communication Forum Association).
